Our annual Hogmanay event brings friends and families together to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style. It’s always a memorable night, held in our award-winning East Lothian party venue, and with a luxurious dinner included, amazing value too.
Traditional tartan or the latest partywear – dressing up is all part of the fun on the last night of the year. You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink before sitting at your gorgeously decorated table for a superb 3 course menu created especially for the night by award-winning chefs. NEW for this year: Hogmanay guests will receive a choice of gourmet menu options to choose from, for an exceptional final meal for 2020.
And then it’s all about the dancing, with LIVE BAND The Klones performing brilliant covers and party favourites to get the dancefloor rocking, along with some classic ceilidh tunes so everyone to join in.
Raise a glass of fizz at the sound of the midnight bells: the evening doesn’t end until 2am and with bacon rolls and the bar open late, you’ll be making the most out of Hogmanay 2020.

STARTER
Hendrick’s gin ‘tartare’ of gravadlax salmon and herbed heritage potatoes, baby salad leaf emulsion, brioche crumbs, lemongrass infused oil, compressed apples
Pan seared watermelon, figs, whipped black pepper crowdie, chicory leaf and pomegranate dressing (v)
INTERMEDIATE
Rye whiskey ‘Old Fashioned’ granita
MAIN
Seared Scotch beef fillet and smoked beef cheek rillette wrapped in pancetta, Parisienne beetroot fondants, grated potato cake, redcurrant jus
Chargrilled aubergine brushed with miso, braised baby rainbow carrots, sugar snap peas, goji and lemongrass tabbouleh, coriander and pumpkin purée (v)
DESSERT
White chocolate shell filled with caramel white chocolate foam and pistachio sponge, exaggerated raspberries, chocolate crumb and raspberry sorbet
